Web3 & AI product studio

Products, not
prototypes.

We're a product studio. We take one idea and build all of it — contracts, models, APIs, interface — until it's live, in front of real users, and holding up under real load.

Two domains, built end to end

Fullstack means what it says: we own the contracts and the models, the API in the middle, and the interface someone actually touches. Not a layer of it — all of it.

01

Fullstack Web3 products

Contracts · wallets · indexers · interface

Everything from the contract down to the button someone clicks. We build on-chain products for adversarial conditions — real money, real incentives to break them — and hand you a codebase an auditor can read without a guided tour.

  • Smart contract design, through to mainnet
  • Tokens, vaults, staking and marketplaces
  • Wallet connection and transaction flows
  • Indexers, subgraphs and on-chain data
  • Audit preparation, remediation and launch
02

Fullstack AI products

Models · retrieval · agents · interface

AI that behaves the same on Friday as it did on Monday. We build the unglamorous half — evals, fallbacks, observability — because that's what keeps a model in production once the demo is over.

  • Retrieval and document intelligence
  • Agent and tool-use workflows
  • Eval suites and regression tracking
  • Model selection, routing and cost control
  • Fine-tuning, where it earns its keep

Who you’re working with

A small studio, led by the person who’ll actually be on your calls. There’s no account layer between you and the people writing the code.

Most studios sell you a senior team and staff the work with juniors once the contract's signed. We're too small to do that, and we wouldn't want to.

The work is led by engineers who have built and scaled products in startup conditions — where the architecture call you make in week two decides whether month six is survivable. That runs through both domains: the backend and cloud systems underneath, and the on-chain and AI work sitting on top.

In practice it means we push back. If a requirement carries a risk you haven't priced in, or there's a simpler route to the same outcome, you'll hear it before we start building — not in a post-mortem.

  • 01Right-sized, not maximised. We scope to the smallest team that can do the work well, because billable headcount isn't the same as progress.
  • 02Ownership, not ticket-taking. We're responsible for whether the thing works — not for whether we did what the ticket said.
  • 03The right tool, not our favourite. Working across both domains means we're not incentivised to force every problem into one of them.

Yes — every build
The person you speak with is the person who reviews the code.

How we build

Four stages, in this order. From stage three you see working software every week.

  1. 01

    A call, not a pitch

Forty-five minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we're the right studio for it and roughly what it costs. No deck.

  2. 02

    A written plan

Architecture, risks, milestones and price — fixed, before anything is signed. If we've misread the problem, this is where it surfaces.

  3. 03

    Build in the open

Code lands in your repo from week one. Weekly demo, weekly written update, and direct access to the people building it.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

Deployment, documentation, a runbook and a walkthrough with your team. The record at the top of this page is what you actually get.

Ways to work with us

Pick the shape that fits the problem. We’ll tell you if you’ve picked the wrong one.

Assurance

The boring questions, answered up front.

  • IPYou own everything. Full assignment of all work product on final payment, written into the master agreement.
  • NDASigned before the first call if you want one. We'll work under yours rather than ours.
  • FEENo tax added to your invoice. The number in the proposal is the number you pay — no surcharges, no adjustments at the end.
  • TIMEWorking-day overlap across five regions. Full overlap with the Middle East and South East Asia, most of the day with the UK and EU, and four hours with US Eastern.
  • EXITNo lock-in. Your repository, your infrastructure, your accounts, from the first commit.

Next step

Tell us what you're building.

Send a paragraph about the problem. You'll hear back from an engineer within a working day — and an honest answer on whether it's work we should be doing.
